If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, your order will begin production and will not be able to be cancelled or refunded.
how long does processing take?
Every item is made here in our studio! As of January 2023, our current processing time is up to one week, but most likely sooner! I appreciate your patience & support!
how long does shipping take?
Once your package ships, please allow 1-5 business days for the package to be delivered (U.S. ONLY) Please keep in mind these are estimates from USPS and not guarantees. There are always a possibility for delays, so order early if needed by a certain date!
all international orders ship via USPS or DHL and delivery time varies depending on your location. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE AT HIGHER RISK OF BEING LOST OR DELAYED. YOU CAN TRACK YOUR ORDER USING TRACKING PROVIDED. PLEASE KNOW WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING.
how should I care for my embroidered crew?
All embroidered crews and hoodies can be washed and drIEd on any setting, although I recommend washing with like colored garments and air drying to keep soft and cozy. If you notice any puckering around the embroidery over time, simply iron over the design and it will look good as new.
how do your crews and hoodies fit?
All apparel is unisex. The exact brand and fit varies depending on the fabric. Sizing details are in every item description, so read carefully before ordering. You can also refer to the size chart with exact measurements on every item!
do you offer returns or exchanges?
due to each item being made to order, and the size of our business, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. thank you for understanding!! If you receive the wrong item or have a problem with your order please reach out as I am always happy to help :)
what if I typed in the wrong address?
if you included the wrong address, please send an email as soon as possible for us to change it. Once your order ships, we will not be able to change the address and your order will be sent to the address provided! we cannot offer a refund for a mistaken address, so please read carefully when inputting your information! (apartment numbers, units, ect.)
